Can our organization apply for a grant if our 501(c)3 is pending?
In most cases, no. Please contact the foundation office before beginning the application process, as your eligibility to apply will need to be determined by our foundation.
Can my organization apply for a grant if we currently have an active grant with the foundation?
Yes, if your organization is current in its reporting requirements from previous grants. Keep in mind that you can only apply one time per year. Some exclusions apply.
Can I receive and submit a hard copy of the application rather than complete it online?
No. Due to the design of the application, the document must be completed online. Additionally, in order to access the LOI and the Formal Application, your organization must be registered in our system. You will be able to access your current and prior grant information from your dashboard, which will also allow you to print a copy of your application.

Are there geographical limitations?
Yes, the foundation only makes grants to organizations located in designated counties in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. Please return to the home page of this web site and click on GRANTS, then Funding Guidelines for more information.
