Grant Application

The Priddy Foundation® has two grant cycles per year: Spring and Fall.

We have changed our grant software system and anyone wanting to apply for grant funds for either the Fall or Spring grant cycle must register and complete the Letter of Intent (LOI), which was formerly referred to as the preliminary application.  If you have applied since the Fall 2017 grant cycle, you have already registered an account for your organization.  If you did not apply in the Fall 2017 cycle, or any subsequent cycle, you will need to register your organization.

If you are interested in applying for a grant in the Fall grant cycle, please revisit this page after July 1 to access the Letter of Intent (LOI).   The LOI is due on or before 5:00 PM on August 1** and must be submitted electronically.  If your LOI is approved, your organization will be contacted and wil be invited to complete the formal application.  The Board of Trustees considers grant applications in November, with notification in December, and approved funding is available beginning in January.

If you are interested in applying for a grant in the Spring grant cycle, please revisit this page after January 1 to access the Letter of Intent (LOI). The LOI is due on or before 5:00 PM on February 1,** and must be submitted electronically.  If your LOI is approved, your organization will be contacted and will be invited to complete the formal application.  The Board of Trustees considers grant applications in May, with notification in June, and approved funding available beginning in July.

You may register and obtain your login credentials by clicking on the LOGON button above on this page.  Once you have established your account by clicking on the “CREATE NEW ACCOUNT”, you may logon directly from the LOGON tab on the main website.  IF YOUR ORGANIZATION HAS ALREADY CREATED AN ACCOUNT FOR THE ORGANIZATION, but you, as an individual, have not registered as a user, DO NOT CREATE A SECOND NEW ACCOUNT.  You will need to email our office at patm@priddyfdn.org  so that she can add you as a User for the established account.

PLEASE NOTE**-If the LOI deadline date falls on a weekend or a holiday, organizations must submit their application electronically by 5:00 PM on the previous business day.

***It is highly recommended that organizations with a fiscal year ending within ONE month of the grant deadline (March 1 or September 1) delay their request until the next cycle.

If you have questions regarding the grant application process, please call The Priddy Foundation® office at (940) 723-8720.
